Estimated Delivery Time: 5–14 business days to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Once your return is approved and received, any eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or we made an error with your order.
